Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or high shipping volume during holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Sync My Drive is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. Please double-check all shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid any delivery issues. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update the information. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee the redirection of shipments once they have been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sync My Drive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, and customs duties, are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding import duties and taxes applicable in your country.

Damaged or Lost Items
Sync My Drive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged items as they may be required during the claim process.

We currently ship to United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States. For other locations, please contact our customer service team to inquire about possible shipping options.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order to ensure timely delivery.
