1-Year Limited Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you encounter a defect under normal use within this period, please send the item back for diagnostic testing, which helps us improve our future products. You will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the defective item back. If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a new replacement free of charge.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee applies to cover handling and processing costs if the mounts are used. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If this timeframe has passed, we are unable to accept the return.

Approval: If your request for a refund or exchange due to a damaged item is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at with your order number and a description of the issue.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be considered only if the order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
